Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their needs.

• Maintain an active Oregon therapist license and ensure all required certifications, such as CPR and First Aid, are current.

• Utilize electronic medical records to document treatment progress and adapt the social work plan accordingly.

• Conduct thorough assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluations to effectively track client progress.

• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of a supportive work atmosphere.

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

• Engage in continuous professional development to keep skills and licensing up to date.

• Offer assistance and resources to clients regarding any financial or social service needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with youth from diverse backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your empathetic approach will be pivotal in creating a safe space for these young individuals to express their thoughts and feelings while developing resilience and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active and independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) that is current and in good standing.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate clients while remaining enthusiastic and supportive.

• Proficient in time management and organizational skills necessary to manage a high caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
