Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking stress relief and emotional regulation.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, therapeutic goals, and preferred coping strategies.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and breathing techniques during therapy sessions to enhance clients' self-awareness and emotional balance.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
