Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional well-being of clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to inform treatment decisions.

• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Continuously monitor clients' progress, meticulously adjusting treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses to interventions.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients in urgent need, offering immediate support and assessment to ensure their safety and stability.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate documentation of clinical interactions.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.

Qualifications\n
