Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the needs of each client, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure that goals are met while promoting client satisfaction.

• Keeping detailed and accurate records of client sessions, treatment plans, and communications, adhering to the highest standards of documentation.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and team members to create comprehensive care plans that support clients’ mental, emotional, and social well-being.

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, including life skills training, medication adherence, and facilitating access to community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience working with geriatric populations or who have a background in community mental health are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
