Work Environment

This position requires you to work onsite, collaborating closely with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to identify their individual goals and treatment needs effectively.
• Manage a patient caseload, typically treating one patient per hour, ensuring focused and high-quality interactions.
• Develop comprehensive, evidence-based care plans that incorporate various treatment techniques to restore optimal function and mobility.
• Administer treatments that focus on improving clients' range of motion and functional abilities while promoting cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols to address specific patient conditions, enhancing recovery speed and quality.
• Implement fitness and wellness programs that support each patient's unique therapeutic journey.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment process to encourage compliance and maximize health outcomes.
• Evaluate treatment results, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation using EMR software tools like WebPT.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate openly with patients about their progress and treatment strategies, ensuring clarity and support throughout their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, trauma, and musculoskeletal disorders. Your role will focus on facilitating recovery for patients of varying ages and physical backgrounds, tailoring services to meet diverse needs. Your commitment to enhancing the quality of life for each patient will be pivotal in driving successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; a Master's or Doctorate (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Unblemished professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong competency in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Adherence to the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desired.
• Proficiency in the use of EMR software, particularly WebPT.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective patient treatment plans with measurable outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
