Work Environment

This full-time position is based in our onsite outpatient office, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment. The practice operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and establish individual goals to reinforce their rehabilitation journey.
• Manage a patient caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring thorough and personalized treatment.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches.
• Administer cost-effective therapies to enhance patients' mobility and overall physical health.
• Focus on non-surgical interventions to minimize reliance on medications where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes using EMR software, such as WebPT.
• Conduct regular evaluations to monitor progress and adapt care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on exercises and wellness strategies while motivating them throughout their recovery.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive rehabilitation approach.
• Promote lifestyle changes that improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall health.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
