Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our modern outpatient office setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. Our fast-paced environment prioritizes efficiency and effective patient interactions, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs, identifying specific rehabilitation goals and limitations.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused care and attention during each session.
• Perform effective manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Develop individualized care plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and alternative interventions to reduce dependency on medications and surgical options.
• Design and implement tailored exercise protocols and wellness programs aligned with each patient's specific requirements.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Motivate and educate patients to foster a proactive approach to their rehabilitation and overall health, enhancing mobility, strength, and balance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.

• Competence in utilizing and integrating technology into patient treatment and documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, our benefits package includes:
