Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish patient goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized and focused care.
• Design and implement customized care plans incorporating a variety of effective treatment techniques.
• Utilize manual therapy skills to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Provide education and motivation to patients throughout their recovery journey to optimize functionality.
• Promote fitness and wellness by developing tailored exercise routines that foster strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Evaluate treatment progress, document services provided, and maintain open communication with patients and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or DPT equivalent.
• Current California Physical Therapy licensure in good standing, with no board actions or disciplinary issues.
• Strong manual therapy skills complemented by the ability to develop effective exercise routines that cater to the needs of individual patients.
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) software, with experience in WebPT or similar systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and healthcare colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is required.
• Experience in developing and customizing rehabilitation programs that align with patient-specific goals and conditions.
• Familiarity with current trends and evidence-based practices in physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
