Our center is focused on orthopedic outpatient services, providing a wide range of treatment modalities that encompass manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality one-on-one therapy sessions, treating an average of 1-2 patients per hour , and ensuring personalized care tailored to individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, manage pain, and facilitate recovery.
• Continuously assess and document patient progress using WebPT , adapting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care and maximize treatment effectiveness.
• Guide and instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies to foster independence and self-management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, catering to patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their musculoskeletal health. Our patients range from athletes and physically active individuals to older adults seeking recovery and pain management strategies. Each treatment plan is uniquely tailored, recognizing the specific goals and challenges faced by each patient.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active California physical therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation with a patient-centered approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to critically assess patient needs and modify treatment approaches accordingly.
• Exceptional communication skills that foster trust and engagement in patient relationships.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Familiarity with digital documentation systems, preferably WebPT .
• Experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation or geriatric therapy is a plus.
• Certifications in specialized therapy techniques or modalities are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 – 130,000 , commensurate with experience.
