Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to establish personalized treatment plans that reflect individual goals.
• Employ evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about their condition, effective injury prevention strategies, appropriate ergonomics, and self-management techniques to foster independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously utilizing an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring that all records accurately reflect treatments provided and any adjustments made to care plans.
• Collaborate continuously with referring physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive patient care.
• Engage actively in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and student interns to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits
