Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate and understand clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, as well as their personal histories and therapy goals.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment strategies that address each client’s unique requirements, continually adapting these plans as progress is monitored.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies for individuals, groups, and families.

• Carefully observe and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring necessary follow-up care is established.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, using electronic health record systems effectively.

• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to deliver seamless care and support.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training seminars, and staying informed about the latest therapeutic strategies and mental health research.

• Uphold ethical practices and standards as mandated by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, and other complex mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
