Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring comprehensive support tailored to individual needs.

• Monitor and document progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary while consistently complying with all federal and state regulations.
\n
• Provide direct support and resources to families, focusing on enhancing the child's overall development.
\n
• Establish trusting relationships with clients and families, facilitating open communication and effective interventions.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices for family education, guidance, and emotional support.
\n
• Incorporate natural learning environment practices into therapeutic interventions, leveraging everyday situations for developmental growth.

• Ensure the health and safety of all individuals served, upholding high standards of care and respect.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on infants and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays, working in tandem with families to promote their children's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will be instrumental in the early intervention process, advocating for vulnerable populations and facilitating their access to necessary services and supports.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.

• Valid driver’s license.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
