Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based mental health assessments to accurately evaluate the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families using a range of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead weekly therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and providing tools and strategies to help clients progress towards their mental health goals.

• Document clinical notes meticulously, ensuring that client records are maintained in accordance with ethical and legal standards, and actively participate in clinical supervision when necessary.

• Engage in case management as needed, coordinating services with other health professionals, community agencies, and support systems to create a holistic support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Onward Healing Therapy, you will work with a diverse client population reflecting various backgrounds, cultures, and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually.
