Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented part time Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a 4-5 week contract and assist with a critical mailing list cleanup project. This role is primarily focused on updating, organizing, and maintaining a large mailing list in Excel while also providing frontoffice administrative support. This position is ideal for someone comfortable working independently, handling confidential information, and contributing in an office environment.

DaytoDay Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Support daily office administrative tasks as needed
Assist with a mailing list cleanup project, including:
Reviewing and correcting inaccurate or outdated mailing addresses
Inputting new and updated address information into Excel
Organizing, formatting, and maintaining mailing list data
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data within Excel spreadsheets
Provide general administrative support to the office team

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience working in an office or administrative environment
Strong Excel skills, including data entry, sorting, and basic formatting
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data cleanup
Comfortable working a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours if needed
Professional communication skills (phone and inperson)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
