This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work environment while still being part of a collaborative and supportive outpatient team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strengths-based assessments for new patients and families to identify their mental health needs.

• Deliver individual and family therapy tailored to client concerns, employing evidence-based techniques.

• Manage the clinical documentation process, including billing information, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness strategies that empower patients to maintain stability in their lives.

• Create effective discharge plans that outline continued support systems and resources for patients after therapy cessation.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws as well as internal policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and conferences to refine your skills and knowledge.
\n
• Participate in case consultation meetings and collaborative agency discussions to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Complete necessary licensing and mandatory training in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele served by FYZICAL spans a diverse population requiring individualized therapeutic approaches. You will work with individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required, entailing appropriate licensure.

• Licensure: You must hold valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in outpatient mental health settings is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
