Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, giving you the flexibility to conduct sessions from your home while also engaging in occasional team meetings and case reviews via teleconferencing platforms. You will work regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring a work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the community. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify each client's mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that apply evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic methods.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others—to effectively address the diverse needs of clients.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress and treatment strategies, adhering to confidentiality standards in line with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists in a team-oriented setting, ensuring an integrated approach to client care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment effectiveness and maintain high-quality care standards.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community.

• Stay current on trends and advancements in the mental health field through ongoing professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with trauma-related issues, anxiety disorders, and depressive symptoms. Your role will involve forming trusting relationships with clients, empowering them with the skills and insights necessary for their mental wellness journey. Understanding the unique contexts of each client will be vital in fostering effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree or doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse range of clients and team members.
