Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, forming the basis of personalized treatment plans.

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions for clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and evidence-based practices, ensuring a focus on the client’s individual journey towards recovery.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support when clients face acute mental health crises, demonstrating a commitment to client safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and community resources, fostering greater understanding and self-advocacy.

• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all ethical and legal guidelines.

• Maintain compliance with state regulations and ethical counseling standards, ensuring client confidentiality, informed consent, and integrity in all professional interactions.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity when delivering services to clients from diverse backgrounds, respecting their unique perspectives and experiences.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar credential.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing outpatient therapy services in a mental health setting.

• Proven clinical skills, particularly in techniques relevant to individual therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
