Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Serene Behavioral Health Group Inc, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of clinical tasks including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the psychological and emotional needs of students.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and the specific requirements of each student.

• Delivering psychotherapy interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care tailored to the needs of young clients.

• Tracking and documenting clinical progress and maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant records.

• Collaborating with school personnel, mental health professionals, and families to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to promote best practices and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Providing training and resources to educators and families about mental health challenges and available support services.

• Staying informed of the latest research and developments in adolescent mental health and integrating that knowledge into clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.
