Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop comprehensive safety plans tailored to individual clients’ needs.

• Document and maintain crisis alerts to facilitate coordination with county crisis services, ensuring timely and effective support for participants.

• Manage transitions between hospital and outpatient care by coordinating with medical staff to ensure seamless patient discharges and program transfers.
\n
• Utilize advanced crisis de-escalation techniques to support clients during critical situations, particularly when acting as the Clinician of the Day.
\n
• Ensure that all documentation is completed on the same day for clients who may be at an increased risk of requiring crisis services.
\n
• Engage in ongoing communications with community organizations and other stakeholders to enhance resource availability for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients who experience various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues. Your expertise will help guide individuals through their unique struggles, fostering resilience and enabling them to build healthier coping mechanisms. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing a high caseload while maintaining the quality of services.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
