Qualifications\n

• Active Tennessee licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, while a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is 2 years of experience, candidates with 3 or more years of direct clinical exposure will be given preference. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, is highly regarded. Experience in a telehealth setting is beneficial as well.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
