Liberty Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Red Bank, New Jersey. This full-time position is primarily focused on on-site patient care within their home environments. You will play a crucial role in evaluating, developing, and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, with the ultimate goal of enhancing mobility and improving quality of life.

Work Environment

Your typical workday will consist of a 40-hour schedule from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and create effective treatment programs based on physician referrals.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and procedures to improve patients' functional abilities, coordinating closely with a multidisciplinary team to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Utilize advanced assessment tools and methodologies to guide treatment, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Provide education and training to both patients and their caregivers on techniques and exercises designed to facilitate recovery and maintain health post-treatment.
• Adhere to minimum utilization goals while focusing on quality outcomes for patient care.
• Offer exemplary customer service, fostering positive relationships with patients and their families to enhance satisfaction and promote a supportive healing environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and pediatric conditions. Your expertise will enable you to address a wide variety of conditions and establish therapeutic rapport with a diverse array of clients. As a physical therapist, you will have the opportunity to deeply engage with patients on their journey to recovery, developing tailored strategies that emphasize both physical rehabilitation and emotional support.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Current CPR Certification, ensuring readiness for any emergency medical situations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in home care settings preferred, with demonstrated ability to adapt therapies to diverse home environments.
• Familiarity with the latest rehabilitation techniques and modalities, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescriptions.
• Background in conducting patient education sessions and providing caregiver training for enhanced recovery support.

Compensation and Benefits
