Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite within a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the vibrant community of Red Bank, New Jersey. This full-time position operates from Monday to Friday, with a structured 40-hour work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by healthcare providers considering their medical history and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement tailored physical therapy treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to maximize patient recovery and functionality.
• Document patient progress accurately and regularly, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to reflect changes in patients' conditions.
• Educate patients and their families about their physical therapy plan, ensuring they understand exercises and self-care techniques for home practice.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care and facilitate effective patient progress.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach by delivering exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and welcoming environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficient in computer skills for documentation and patient management software.
• A genuine passion for building relationships with patients, enabling them to exceed their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of practical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience working with a variety of patient populations, demonstrating versatility in treatment approaches.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package also includes:
