Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual treatment needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, with a maximum of eight clients, to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Develop and implement treatment plans, continuously assessing client progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance therapy outcomes.

• Participate in case discussions with fellow clinicians to leverage shared expertise, enhance therapeutic practices, and ensure comprehensive client care.

• Ensure accurate documentation of therapy sessions and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and practices in mental health counseling through continued education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active and appropriate licensure, including but not limited to LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, is essential; both independently-licensed clinicians and junior-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Flexibility in available hours, with a commitment to providing between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether applying for a contractor (1099) or full-time (W2) position.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and a strong comfort level with technology is necessary for effective communication and session facilitation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
