This position is fully remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to manage their schedules while ensuring client needs are met. The typical work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to establish patients' unique needs and create tailored treatment plans that empower them on their mental health journey.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, during one-on-one and group sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and supportive group sessions, cultivating a sense of community and connectedness among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care and ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support services to individuals experiencing acute mental health episodes, providing immediate and effective assistance.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and community resources available to them, empowering their recovery process.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure quality patient care and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches is essential.

• Proven capacity to conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop strategic, individualized treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
