Strategic Account Manager - Rocky Mountain

Job Title: Strategic Account Manager Location: Rocky Mountain - Arizona Company: ALASTIN Skincare, Inc. Position Summary The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for driving significant growth in select, high‑potential accounts. The SAM partners with Account Managers within the area to support growth of their identified Strategic Accounts, conducts comprehensive business assessments, identifies opportunities for Alastin growth, and develops a SMART action plan. Responsibilities Conduct business assessments and develop strategic growth plans for designated Strategic Accounts. Partner with local Account Managers to set forecast targets and initiatives to drive growth. Apply business building principles and revenue‑generating strategies. Lead account business reviews and ensure effective presentation of ABRs. Develop strategies to foster patient loyalty and improve patient experience. Collaborate with the SAM Success team, Training & Education, and Marketing teams. Align business decisions with strategic goals by demonstrating knowledge of market, competition, and profitability. Establish quarterly travel itineraries and manage expenses within budget. Requirements BA/BS degree required. 5+ years of aesthetic sales experience. Proven expertise in integrating medical and retail in a practice. Effective coaching, training, and development skills. Strong goal‑setting, planning, communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills. Analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and rally others to specific goals. Self‑reliance and the ability to make solid business decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Requirements Occasional stooping, bending, and kneeling. Frequent handling of materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Regular use of computer and office productivity equipment.
