Lead Mountain Kitchen Sous Chef - Banquets

The Summit Sous Chef at Snowbird, part of Powdr Corp., oversees daily culinary operations in a high-volume mountain resort kitchen. You will lead the kitchen line during service, supervise cooks, and ensure quality for both à la carte and private events. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in high-volume restaurants, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for mountain hospitality. A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred, with safety and sanitation #J-18808-Ljbffr Powdr Corp.
