Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain detailed documentation of patient medical and psychological histories, assessment results, diagnoses, treatment objectives, and session outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate actionable strategies that address client needs and promote their overall well-being, including offering insights on psychosocial stressors that may impact treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available community resources to enhance their support network.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health to enrich therapeutic practices and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele ranging from individuals struggling with mild to severe mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance abuse disorders. Your ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds will be crucial in fostering a therapeutic alliance and ensuring effective communication and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least one year of experience providing direct counseling services to a diverse population, showcasing an understanding of various mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
