Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client needs to accurately determine mental health requirements and personalize treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies in individual, family, and group settings, adapting your approach to effectively address a multitude of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to facilitate integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention services with expertise, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, including safety planning and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• An independent, active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely and effective documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
