Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Greatmind Seattle Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients by establishing rapport, fostering positive therapeutic relationships, and maintaining professional ethics.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess progress, provide stability, and discuss upcoming appointments or discharge plans.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that are person-centered and goal-oriented.
\n
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards of practice.
\n
• Performing intake assessments to identify client needs and establish appropriate treatment protocols.
\n
• Participating in individual supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and share insights.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Staying committed to continuous personal and professional growth by maintaining a growth mindset.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position is tailored for clinicians who enjoy working with a diverse clientele. The therapist will engage with individuals, couples, children, and families presenting with a variety of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A compassionate approach and the ability to make clients feel safe and heard is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with no restrictions on practice.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient environment.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, and comfortable navigating Outlook.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Ability to conduct thorough intake assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing will be highly regarded. Additional training in trauma-informed care or working with LGBTQIA+ clients is a plus.

This role offers an annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
