As a member of our team, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary group of healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons, occupational therapists, and sports medicine specialists. The typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that supports effective therapy delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans that leverage various treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with individual goals and capabilities.
• Deliver instruction and motivation to patients, encouraging them to actively participate in their treatment and recovery processes.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, home treatment protocols, and lifestyle modifications to enhance healing and prevent future injuries.
• Document patient interactions, progress, and interventions meticulously to maintain accurate health records, in compliance with industry standards.
• Foster strong relationships with patients by providing empathetic care, addressing their concerns, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as an orthopedic Physical Therapist at Impact Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will not only guide individuals through recovery but will also empower them to regain function and achieve long-term wellness goals. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
