As a Therapist at Well Star Health Services, you will typically work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to young individuals' needs, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care for every patient.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A solid foundation of knowledge regarding child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, critical for building rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we value passion and dedication. Experience in delivering individual and family therapy specifically targeting young individuals is essential. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
