Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions designed to foster community, where clients can share their stories, provide mutual support, and learn coping strategies.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one sessions that explore clients' unique emotional landscapes, assisting them in developing personalized coping strategies and actionable plans for change.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to meet their specific needs, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as required.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and methods to evaluate clients’ progress, providing regular updates to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and share insights regarding client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with young adults aged 18 to 30 years, focusing on those dealing with mental health issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our holistic and evidence-based treatment approaches are designed to address each client's unique circumstances and empower them toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure.

• Experience in mental health treatment settings, particularly working with young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n
