Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Arrowhead, you will:

• Assist primary care providers in identifying, treating, and managing mental health and psychosocial issues, serving as a vital member of the interdisciplinary care team.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations, recommending treatment goals and plans to primary care providers.
\n
• Provide brief, targeted interventions for patients experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring timely and effective support.
\n
• Advise and communicate with primary care providers regarding patient referrals to specialty mental health facilities when necessary.
\n
• Initiate follow-ups with clients to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to improve outcomes.
\n
• Develop and implement relapse prevention strategies that help clients maintain stable functioning.
\n
• Identify at-risk patients and collaborate on proactive, preventive care plans.
\n
• Document patient progress and diagnostic information accurately in accordance with agency policies.
\n
• Work closely with providers to ensure that treatment plans align with patient needs and goals.
\n
• Educate clients on self-management skills to empower them as active participants in their own healing and recovery processes.
\n
• Provide consultation to clinic management and team members regarding the enhancement of behavioral services and program evaluation.
\n
• Assist clients in adhering to medical recommendations made by primary care providers, including strategies to address medication side effects.

• Maintain compliance with the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• Robust knowledge of mental health assessment, treatment planning, and various therapeutic modalities.

• Understanding of developmental psychopathology and systems in family and group therapy.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Strong organization and documentation skills necessary for maintaining clinical records and preparing reports.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following are preferred to enhance your candidacy:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
