Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients efficiently, typically seeing one patient per hour, while ensuring high-quality care.
• Provide a mix of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education to enhance mobility and function.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, utilizing appropriate metrics and reporting any significant changes in their condition.
• Maintain precise and timely records of evaluations, treatment decisions, and follow-ups per regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will cater primarily to an orthopedic outpatient demographic, providing care for individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid New Jersey state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• A clear professional record, with no disciplinary actions or professional complaints against your license.

Compensation and Benefits
