Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish clients' mental health status and treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide variety of clients facing diverse challenges including, but not limited to, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and life experiences, making cultural competence a crucial skill in addressing their unique issues effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Ability to build therapeutic rapport with diverse clients, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
