Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and manage client interactions from the comfort of your own location. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced life-work schedule. Internally, our team collaborates closely, utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records to streamline workflows and enhance communication with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized mindfulness-based interventions such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to clients aiming for stress relief and emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, goals, and underlying stressors, tailoring mindfulness strategies to their individual needs.

• Guide clients through structured mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to foster self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies to equip clients with tools for coping.

• Integrate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns while supporting clients’ personal growth journeys.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment plans that include mindfulness practices.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous personal mindfulness practice and professional development to deepen your expertise and knowledge in MBSR.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional regulation issues. The diverse client population at Reliant includes adults and adolescents seeking to improve their mental health through effective therapeutic techniques and community resources. By fostering a trusting relationship, you will empower clients to take charge of their mental health and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• Solid foundational knowledge in mindfulness-based interventions; prior training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong ability to integrate mindfulness techniques into therapeutic interventions that support client outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills with the aptitude to create an empathetic, calming, and supportive therapeutic atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits\n
