Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments during confidential video sessions to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing expert guidance and support based on individual therapy goals and evidence-based practices.

• Utilize online assessment tools to screen for various mental health issues, ensuring timely identification of areas where clients require additional support.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on clients’ progress, gathering feedback through ongoing dialogue to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care, sharing insights that could improve overall treatment strategies and enhance client health.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to keep abreast of the latest methodologies and advancements in mental health treatment.

• Engage with community resources and referrals to support clients' needs outside of therapy sessions, providing a comprehensive approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a varied client base including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will especially focus on clients dealing with co-occurring disorders, as you guide them towards recovery and improved mental health outcomes. Engaging with clients through telehealth allows for an inclusive reach, ensuring that even those who might face barriers to accessing traditional in-office therapy can obtain critical support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Solid understanding of counseling theories and therapeutic techniques, with a commitment to ethical practice in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
