Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will:

• Assist primary care providers in identifying and managing mental health and psychosocial issues, contributing as a key member of the primary care team.

• Conduct thorough patient intakes, including detailed diagnostic and functional evaluations, and develop tailored treatment plans in consultation with primary care providers.

• Provide brief, focused therapeutic interventions for patients requiring mental health services, demonstrating effective coping strategies and skills.

• Recognize which patients may benefit from specialty mental health referrals and make appropriate recommendations.

• Follow up with patients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Develop and implement relapse prevention plans, assisting patients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Coordinate care by linking patients with additional treatment providers as permitted, ensuring comprehensive support for their behavioral health needs.

• Document patient interactions and progress accurately in treatment charts, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Consult with clinic management and team members regarding behavioral services and contribute to program evaluation efforts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Protocall Behavioral Health Services Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your education and experience.
