Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in mental health counseling, showcasing expertise in working effectively with diverse client populations.

• Familiarity with providing remote therapy services and an understanding of developmental stages across childhood to adulthood, as well as knowledge of co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Ability to engage effectively with a varied clientele and provide empathetic, culturally competent care.

• Preferred certifications in specialized therapeutic methodologies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), or other relevant credentials.
