Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Evolve Social Work Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychotherapy to individuals struggling with mental health concerns, specifically in the context of substance abuse treatment.
• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans utilizing best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) tailored to support patients in recovery.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical records in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health and substance abuse resources to empower them in their recovery process.
• Staying informed about current research and developments in the field to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.
• Managing your caseload effectively to meet treatment goals and uphold ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
