Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify emotional and behavioral issues that may impact patients’ daily functioning and overall mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to devise appropriate treatment plans.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes in a timely manner, adhering to department policies and regulatory requirements.

• Engage with a range of multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment plans, including follow-up and discharge planning based on psychosocial assessments.

• Lead therapeutic sessions both individually and in groups, utilizing various modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.

• Develop and sustain relationships with community resource leaders, engaging in meetings and initiatives that promote positive social outcomes for patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent state license, which may include being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
