Work Environment\n

As a remote team member, you will work from home while having access to our outpatient office resources and support. Our system provides therapists with all necessary tools for case management, including secure video conferencing solutions and electronic health record (EHR) systems that comply with HIPAA regulations. You will be encouraged to manage your schedule efficiently, with regular office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that promotes your wellbeing as well.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, tailoring strategies and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in overcoming challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in line with best practices, adhering to HIPAA standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate comprehensive care for individuals.
\n
• Engage in regular peer review meetings to promote high-quality clinical practice and ongoing learning.
\n
• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their mental wellness journeys.

• Continuously update your knowledge through professional development, staying informed of the most recent research and best practices in the mental health domain.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Proficient understanding of solution-focused therapeutic interventions, with the ability to personalize treatment plans for each individual.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
