Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma history and identify their specific treatment needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that patients feel safe and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Emotional Freedom Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
