Key Responsibilities\n

As a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients who are seeking to alleviate stress, enhance their well-being, and promote emotional regulation.

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' individual stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, allowing for personalized mindfulness practices.

• Guiding clients through mindfulness exercises and techniques—such as meditation and breath work—to cultivate self-awareness, promote emotional balance, and mitigate stress.

• Facilitating engaging group workshops that focus on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and strategies for building resilience in daily life.

• Integrating mindfulness approaches into individual therapy sessions to effectively address specific mental health concerns related to anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate mindfulness techniques.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions delivered, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients seeking guidance through their mental health journeys. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology).

• Professional licensure in the state of Kansas (LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
