Exciting contract opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about making a difference in students’ lives. These full-time, on-site positions are located in the San Juan Capistrano area and involve serving preschool, elementary, or middle school populations. This is a leave of absence role with start dates projected for mid-October, with a high likelihood of extended opportunities through the end of the academic year.

Work collaboratively with dedicated educators and administrators while managing a caseload of approximately 55 students per SLP. Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and active California SLP license required
• Previous school-based experience or pediatric caseload preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, and other support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
• Foster a positive, nurturing environment for all learners
