Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized counseling and therapy sessions to clients, providing emotional support and clinical guidance tailored to their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. This includes clients dealing with anxiety, depression, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field.

• A Master’s degree from a nationally accredited program in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time licensed mental health therapist position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
