Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities that are appropriately matched to client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to foster healing and personal development.

• Create and manage personalized treatment plans that include SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals and tailored interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated care approach, coordinating treatment effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and perform risk assessments as necessary, ensuring client safety and appropriate responses to acute situations.

• Maintain extensive and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support treatment efficacy and organizational requirements.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a supportive community for clients and enhancing their therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
