Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Renewed Minds, you will:

• Utilize our telehealth platform to conduct assessments and provide therapy, utilizing various methods such as audio/video sessions, online journaling, and goal-setting tools to engage clients effectively.

• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans, employing your clinical judgment to tailor your approach based on individual circumstances.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and therapeutic progress in accordance with best practices and organizational guidelines.
\n
• Participate in regular peer supervision meetings and leverage networking opportunities with over 10,000 therapists on the platform to stay updated and seek guidance.
\n
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations governing counseling practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for mild to moderate mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, and grief. Importantly, this role excludes work with children or severe mental health disorders, allowing you to concentrate on providing focused therapeutic care to a manageable patient base.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid, independent LPCC license free from disciplinary actions.

• A reliable internet connection and necessary technology, including a working phone and PC/laptop (tablets are not supported).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
