Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs.

• Utilize a variety of communication methods including video calls, audio messaging, and digital journal entries to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment methodologies based on ongoing assessment and clinical judgment.

• Engage in regular consultation with peers and supervisory support to enhance clinical skills and patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of low-acuity adults suffering from mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief-related issues. As an LPCC with us, you will work exclusively with these demographics, allowing for a focused and supportive therapeutic environment free from the complexities that can arise when managing more severe mental health cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and clean license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A reliable internet connection and a functional PC or laptop for telehealth sessions (tablets are not supported).
