Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct supportive individual therapy sessions with patients under the guidance of nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established treatment plans.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously by writing detailed progress notes, reflecting advancements and adjustments made toward treatment goals within the designated shift.

• Assist in the orientation of new patients and their families to the therapeutic process, fostering understanding and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
